Worked in kidmin as a volunteer. Kids pastor saw a gifting and trained me up. I felt called to ministry at a young age at Spencer lake

About 120 kids, two services, large group with small groups, worship, game, offering skits bible story and wrap up with application

Wednesday night Mpact and Rangers, twice a month preteen life groups

Computer and projector!

Be flexible and take correction and critique as a gift

Working with non-churched parents

A large team that is the core of how we operate. Great volunteer culture with an emphasis on appreciation!

Balancing family with ministry is always difficult but setting rhythms and boundaries is so important
